Hear Buck & a Former FBI Agent Talk Boston Art Heist That’s Become “The Biggest Property Crime in History”

To discuss the theft of nearly 600 million dollars worth of art from a Boston collection, a massive heist that was covered this week by Fox News, former FBI agent and art theft expert Bob Wittman joined Buck in the Freedom Hut on Friday.
Wittman, who recovered more than 200 million dollars worth of stolen art during his career, said that because of the appreciation of the 13 art objects stolen from Boston in the ’80s, the heist has become “the biggest property crime in history.”
“This year, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum (where the original theft occurred) has offered a $10 million reward. They’ve just doubled it,” said Wittman.
Wittman said he does not believe the artwork is in Ireland, as the Fox article alleges.
“It’s all speculation at this point,” he said.
