BUCK: There’s No ‘POLICY TAKEAWAY’ in the Wake of the Maryland Shooting

Speaking during his national radio program Friday night, host Buck Sexton weighed-in on the deadly shooting that occurred in Annapolis, Maryland; saying there isn’t a “single political takeaway” from the event that could prevent future attacks.
“There’s not a lot of political takeaway, there’s not a lot of policy takeaway. A guy who was an angry, crazy loser had a grudge, and he went in to try and murder a whole bunch of people…. And he did,” said Buck.
“There’s nothing to discuss in terms of policy. People will talk about how we need to discuss mental health. There are millions and millions of people in this country who are dealing with mental health issues,” he added.
“What we’re really talking about is not the run-of-the-mill health issues that impact tens of millions of Americans, but the needle in a stack of needles where you’ve got someone who radicalizes,” Sexton said. “It’s so hard to stop these things unless you have bright red flags along the way.”
