Speaking with Fox Business reporter Trish Regan on Wednesday, radio host Buck Sexton called-out Congressional leaders who live by a completely set of rules than average Americans, saying “nothing annoys” voters more than legislators who live by a two-tier justice system.
“I should note that Bill Clinton had a virtual propaganda army around him, including the mainstream media to defame and destroy his accusers. So, Weinstein -in a sense- was taking a page out of Bill Clinton’s book,” said Buck.
“On the notion of Congressional lack of clarity and lack of openness on what’s going on with the sexual harassment allegations; I think there are a few things that more annoy the American people about Congress then when we see that they just give themselves a separate set of laws,” he added.
“This was true for insider trading in the stock market. When people found out about that they said, ‘Hold on,’” Sexton said. “Then you see Obamacare regulations as well. There are places where all of a sudden, especially when it comes to dollars and careers, members of Congress have these walls they throw up to protect themselves… because they can.”
